Keeps the club pointing in the right direction, looks after big-picture planning and makes sure RED runs smoothly.

Handles budgets, payments and making sure pitch bookings, tournaments and kit orders are all paid on time.

Organises socials, post-training trips to the pub and off-pitch events to keep the club connected.

Coordinates which tournaments we enter, manages sign-ups and keeps everyone informed about logistics.

Leads RED’s outreach, connecting with the local community, schools and other organisations to grow the club.

Looks after training plans, drills and player development so that everyone has a chance to improve.
